    List of Ingredients


    • round steak, pounded
    • flour (approx 1/2 cup)
    • 2 tbsp. fat
    • med green pepper
    • 1 qt. tomatoes
    • 1 c. boiling water
    • medium onion
    • salt
    • pepper
    • vegetables of your choice


    Instructions


    1. Season flour with salt and pepper. Pound the flour into the meat with fork. Heat fat and brown meat in it. Drain all but 2 tbsp. of fat. Add onion, green pepper, tomato and boiling water. Cover loosely.
    2. Bake 350 degrees for 2 hours.
    3. Add vegetables and cook 1 hour.
