- round steak, pounded
- flour (approx 1/2 cup)
- 2 tbsp. fat
- med green pepper
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 c. boiling water
- medium onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetables of your choice
Instructions
- Season flour with salt and pepper. Pound the flour into the meat with fork. Heat fat and brown meat in it. Drain all but 2 tbsp. of fat. Add onion, green pepper, tomato and boiling water. Cover loosely.
- Bake 350 degrees for 2 hours.
- Add vegetables and cook 1 hour.
