Cheesy Pork Biscuit Bake

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 # ground pork
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 oz. pkg spaghetti sauce seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- grated parmesan cheese
- FILLING:
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 6 oz. mozerella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown pork and drain. Add tomato paste, seasoning mix, 12 oz water. Bring to boil and add garlic powder. Simmer 10-20 minutes.
- On floured board, roll each biscuit into 4 inch circle. Combine filling ingredients and place 2 tbsp. on each biscuit.
- Fold circle in half and seal edges well.
- Pour mixture into lightly greased 9x9 pan. Top with filled biscuits. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake 15-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Final Comments
Double for 9x13 pan.
