    Cheesy Pork Biscuit Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 # ground pork
    • 6 oz. can tomato paste
    • 1 oz. pkg spaghetti sauce seasoning
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    • grated parmesan cheese
    • FILLING:
    • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
    • 1/2 tsp. chopped chives
    • 1/2 tsp. basil
    • 6 oz. mozerella cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown pork and drain. Add tomato paste, seasoning mix, 12 oz water. Bring to boil and add garlic powder. Simmer 10-20 minutes.
    2. On floured board, roll each biscuit into 4 inch circle. Combine filling ingredients and place 2 tbsp. on each biscuit.
    3. Fold circle in half and seal edges well.
    4. Pour mixture into lightly greased 9x9 pan. Top with filled biscuits. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    5. Bake 15-25 minutes or until golden brown.


    Final Comments


    Double for 9x13 pan.
