    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. rhubarb
    • 2/3 c. sugar
    • 1 1/2 c. water
    • 1 small box raspberry jello
    • 8 oz. Cool Whip
    • graham cracker crust


    Instructions


    1. Cook rhubarb, sugar and water until tender, add the jello. Stir until dissolved. Chill mixture until thick. Stir in cool whip. Pour into graham cracker crust.
