    • 1# ground beef
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 med. size head lettuce
    • 1 can kidney beans, drained
    • 1/4# cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
    • 3 or 4 c. corn chips
    • 8 oz. Western dressing


    Instructions


    1. Brown and season ground beef and chopped onion. Drain. Break up lettuce and mix all ingredients (except corn chips), which are added to taste on top of individual servings.
