    This chili is one of the best that I have ever had.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3# ground chuck
    • 1 large round steak
    • 2# hamburger
    • 3--16 oz. cans of chili beans
    • 4--10 oz. cans of whole tomatoes
    • 5 pkg. chili seasoning
    • 3 large onions
    • 1 green, yellow and red pepper (optional)
    • 2--8 oz. cans of chili tomato sauce
    • chili powder
    • cayenne pepper
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Brown hamburger and ground chuck. Add onion and diced peppers.
    2. Cook round steak in a seperate pan and when done; slice thin. Add to meat mixture.
    3. Add salt, pepper, chili seasoning, chili beans and tomatoes with juice. Stir well and add chili tomato sauce, chili powder, and cayenne pepper to taste.
    4. Cook 5-6 hours on very low heat. Refrigerate overnight. Cook atleast 1 hour before serving.
