    Source of Recipe

    Internet

    List of Ingredients

    Filets of Salmon
    Non stick Olive Oil Spray
    Fresh Spinach
    Lemons
    Chateau St. Michelle Pinot Grigio
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Garlic and Herb Butter

    Recipe

Take a few short filets of salmon and place into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch GLASS baking pan that has lightly been sprayed with non-stick olive oil spray. place fresh spinach around the salmon, and sprinkle the spinach and salmon with the juice of 2 lemons. add 2 cups of Chateau St. Michelle Pinot Grigio to the pan. sprinkle with fresh minced garlic and ginger. top the salmon with a thick coating of an imported Irish garlic & herb butter (it's in the dark gold foil sold at Publix for $1.50), a little dill, and a bit of sage. Place this in the lower half of the oven so that it's at least 6 inches from the broiler. Turn the salmon over every 6 minutes for even baking until it's completely cooked and the skin on bottom slides off at the slightest touch.
