    Becky's Peanut Butter Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup shortening
    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 2 cups brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 1/2 cups of flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Cream together shortening, peanut butter and sugar.
    2. Add other ingredients and stir until dough forms.
    3. Chill cookie dough.
    4. Shape into balls and roll in white sugar. Press down with a fork (once).
    5. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
