    Italian Tomato Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup margine
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 4 cans of tomato soup
    • 1 quart of homemade canned tomatoes
    • 8 oz block of cream cheese
    • basil and garlic
    • 1 quart half and half (I use whole or even 2% if needed)


    Instructions


    1. Saute onion in the margarine and then mix in soups and tomatoes. I often soften the cream cheese in the microwave to make easier to mix in. Do not boil after you add the milk and cream cheese.
