Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops






List of Ingredients



• pork chops
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
  
• 2 tbl olive oil
  
• 6 oz small shallots or onions
  
• 2/3 balsamic vinegar
  
• 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  
• sprinkle salt & pepper on pork chops
  
• heat oil cook pork chops with onions
  
• remove pork
  
• add vinegar / sugar / salt / pepper to oil
  
• stir until sauce thickens
  
• add pork back into sauce
  
• stir until coated
