    Easy Sausage and Egg Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. sausage, browned
    • 1 cup grated cheese
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (drained)
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 cup biscuit mix
    • paprika, salt, pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Spread sausage in greased 9 X 13 casserole dish.
    2. Top with grated cheese, chopped onion, and mushrooms.
    3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over sausage and cheese.
    4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
