    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli or sliced cauliflowerets
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 1/2 cup milk
    • 3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Lightly grease a pie plate (10 inches).
    2. Heat 1 inch of salted water (1/2 tsp. salt to one cup boiling water).
    3. Add broccoli.
    4. Cover and heat to boiling. Cook until almost tender.
    5. Drain. Mix broccol, onion, green pepper, and cheese in pie plate.
    6. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
    7. Pour into pie plate.
    8. Bake until golden brown at 400 degrees (35-40 minutes).
    9. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
