    Recipe Introduction


    This is very good! I made this for Billy one night when we were dating several years ago. I have made it several times since then. Billy LOVES it!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    • 1 onion (chopped)
    • garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 lb. velveeta cheese (cut into small pieces)
    • 1 cup milk
    • corn tortillas


    Instructions


    1. Brown meat and drain.
    2. Put soup, milk, and cheese in a saucepan.
    3. Warm until cheese melts.
    4. Add ground meat to soup mixture.
    5. Grease casserole dish.
    6. Layer starting with torn corn tortillas and ending with soup mixture.
    7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
