    Onion-Topped Sausage and Potato Dinner

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can cream of potato soup
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 bag (1 to 1 1/4 lb.) frozen potato wedges (she used the seasoned ones)
    • 1 cup frozen cut green beans (thawed and drained)
    • 8 oz. fully cooked smoked sausage
    • 1 cup French fried onion rings


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Spray 11 X 7 or 2 quart baking dish.
    3. Combine soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheese.
    4. Stir in potatoes, green beans, and sausage.
    5. Pour into baking dish.
    6. Cover and bake 45-55 minutes or until bubbly around edges and potatoes are tender.
    7. Top with onion rings and remaining cheese.
    8. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until onion rings are golden brown.
