    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. ground chuck
    • 1 med. onion, chopped
    • 2 cans green beans (French style), drained
    • 2 sm. cans mushrooms, drained
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 - 32 oz. bag frozen tater tots


    Instructions


    1. Cook chuck and onion until browned.
    2. Drain.
    3. Place meat mixture on bottom of 13 X 9 casserole dish.
    4. Combine green beans, mushrooms, and soup.
    5. Pour over meat mixture.
    6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    7. Top with single layer of tater tots.
    8. Do not cover.
    9. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    10. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
