    Recipe Introduction


    This is a specialty of Denice's sister, Karen.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork chops (or sliced pork loin)
    • 1 can French fried onion rings
    • 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
    • 1 can cream of celery soup
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 - 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns (cubed- not shredded)


    Instructions


    1. Mix together defrosted hash browns, 1/2 lb. cheese, cream of celery soup, sour cream, 1/2 french fried onion rings, and salt & pepper to taste.
    2. Pour mixture into large greased baking dish.
    3. Lay pork chops on top.
    4. Sprinkle remainder of grated cheese and top with the remainder of the French fried onion rings.
    5. Cover with foil.
    6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    7. Remove foil and cook additional 10-20 minutes until browned.
