My mother used to make these all the time. Now I make them for my family.





List of Ingredients



• 1 can tuna
  
• 1 egg
  
• half a package of crackers, maybe a little more
  






Instructions



1. Drain tuna.
   
2. Mix together with egg and crushed crackers.
   
3. Form into patties.
   
4. Add oil to frying pan. Fry patties in frying pan.
   
5. Drain on a plate.
