Broccoli Rice Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 cup uncooked minute rice
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 - 8 oz. jar cheese whiz ( or Velveeta)
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to directions.
- Saute onion and celery in 1 tsp. margarine in large skillet.
- Pour boiling water over broccoli and separate with fork.
- Drain well.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms to veggies.
- Heat only until warm.
- Add cheese to hot rice and mix well until cheese is melted.
- Stir in soup.
- Combine all ingredients in large casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
