List of Ingredients
- 1 - 17 oz. can whole kernel corn
- 1 - 17 oz. can cream-style corn
- 8 oz. container sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 Tbs. chopped green or red pepper
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped onions
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and pour into prepared 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
