    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 17 oz. can whole kernel corn
    • 1 - 17 oz. can cream-style corn
    • 8 oz. container sour cream
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 1 pkg. jiffy corn muffin mix
    • 2 Tbs. chopped green or red pepper
    • 2 Tbs. finely chopped onions


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    2. Mix thoroughly and pour into prepared 2 quart casserole dish.
    3. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
