    List of Ingredients


    • 5 lg. white potatoes, cooked and diced
    • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 med. onion chopped
    • 1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimientos, drained
    • 1 tsp. minced parsley
    • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    • 1 slice bread (crumbs)
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 8 ingredients in 9 X 9 baking pan.
    2. Mix margarine and milk.
    3. Pour over potato mixture.
    4. Sprinkle with cornflakes.
    5. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
