Crunchy Sweet Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup melted margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- Topping ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
Instructions
- Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon into greased 3 quart casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Combine topping ingredients.
- Sprinkle over potatoes.
- Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes more or until lightly browned.
