Hot Garlic Dill Pickles

List of Ingredients
- cucumbers
- fresh garlic
- dill seed
- green peppers
- 1 qt. apple cider vinegar
- 2 qts. water
- 1 cup salt
Instructions
- Wash cucumbers and pack in cold quart jars.
- Add about 3 buttons fresh garlic per quart.
- Add 2-3 hot green peppers.
- Place fresh dill on top or use 2 tsp. dill seed.
- Mix 1 qt. apple cider vinegar, 2 qts. water, and 1 cup salt (not iodized).
- Bring to a boil and pour over cucumbers. (Should be enough for 6 quarts).
Final Comments
Let sit for 3 months before opening.
