    Scalloped Squash and Cheese

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup milk
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 4 cup cooked squash, drained
    • 3/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • Cheese topping ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup herb stuffing (finely crushed)
    • 2 Tbs. melted margarine
    • cheese


    Instructions


    1. Mix milk and soup. Add egg and mix well.
    2. Add squash, onion, and stuffing mix.
    3. Toss lightly.
    4. Turn into greased casserole dish.
    5. Add cheese topping.
    6. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
