Scalloped Squash and Cheese

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 cup cooked squash, drained
- 3/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Cheese topping ingredients:
- 1/2 cup herb stuffing (finely crushed)
- 2 Tbs. melted margarine
- cheese
Instructions
- Mix milk and soup. Add egg and mix well.
- Add squash, onion, and stuffing mix.
- Toss lightly.
- Turn into greased casserole dish.
- Add cheese topping.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
