Squash Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 6-8 medium size squash
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg (beaten) or 1/4 cup egg beaters
- salt and pepper
- 6-8 saltine crackers (crushed)
Instructions
- Steam squash until slightly tender.
- Drain and place in greased casserole dish.
- Mash with potato masher, and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
