Sweet Potato Souffle

List of Ingredients
- 2 cup mashed sweet potatoes (peeled and boiled)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 stick melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Topping ingredients:
- 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 3/4 stick melted margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix well and pour into greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
- While baking, make the topping.
- Spread topping over the baked casserole dish.
- Return to oven and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
