    Quick and easy and the kids love it.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    • 1 3/4 C. elbow macaroni
    • 1 (15oz.) can spaghetti sauce
    • 1 C. shredded mozzerella


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef. Drain.
    2. Add Italian seasoning. (or substitute with 1/4 tsp. each basil, oregano, thyme and anise)
    3. Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions. Drain.
    4. Combine all ingredients except mozzerella in casserole dish. Mix well.
    5. Cover and microwave until heated through.
    6. Stir in mozzerella. Cover and microwave until heated through.
    7. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
