This recipe is great for a quick dinner. And you can make this all in one pot - easy clean-up!
List of Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 C. milk
- 1 C. sour cream (8oz. dip-size container)
- 1 16oz. pkg. noodles
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain in colander.
- Brown Ground meat and drain.
- Add mushroom soup and milk. Heat through.
- When hot stir in sour cream.
- Add noodles and serve.
Final Comments
You can use and 8oz. container of plain yogurt in place of the sour cream - works just as well.
