    Loaded Cauliflower

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 C frozen cauliflower florets, thawed
    • 1/2 C mayo
    • 1/2 C sour cream
    • 1/2 C bacon crumbles, divided
    • 3 Tbsp chives, divided
    • 2 C shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided


    Instructions


    1. Mix together mayo, sour cream, 1/4 C bacon crumbles, 2 Tbsp chives, 1 C shredded cheese and cauliflower.

    2. Spread in a 13 x 9 pan. Top with remaining shredded cheese, bacon and chives.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
