Loaded Cauliflower

List of Ingredients
- 6 C frozen cauliflower florets, thawed
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1/2 C bacon crumbles, divided
- 3 Tbsp chives, divided
- 2 C shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
Instructions
- Mix together mayo, sour cream, 1/4 C bacon crumbles, 2 Tbsp chives, 1 C shredded cheese and cauliflower.
- Spread in a 13 x 9 pan. Top with remaining shredded cheese, bacon and chives.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
