List of Ingredients
- 3 C. diced cooked Chicken or Turkey
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 - 10 oz. package frozen peas & carrots, thawed
- 1 C. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1/4 C. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- In a large casserole dish if using microwave or in a cast-iron skillet if using stove top, mix all ingredients and cook till heated through.
- Topping: Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in butter. Add milk and egg. Mix well.
- Spoon topping over meat and vegetable mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
