    Pumpkin Cake

    Bisquik

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 C. Bisquik
    • 1 C. granulated sugar
    • ! C. brown sugar
    • 1/4 C. margarine
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 can (16oz.) pumpkin
    • 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • 1/4 C. milk
    • Glaze (below)


    Instructions


    1. Beat all ingredients on low for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.

    2. Beat on medium for 3 minutes, scraping occasionally.

    3. Bake in greased & floured Bundt pan 350 deg. for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    4. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely.

    5. Drizzle with Glaze: 1 C. Powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla



    Final Comments


    I don't buy Pumpkin Pie spice so I use spices & amounts I normally use for pumpkin pie.
