    Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This recipe can be made healthier by using egg substitute and low fat cheeses. But actually, when cut into 6 slices, you are not even eating 2 eggs per slice (if you can stop at one piece).

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
    8 eggs
    1/2 C. cottage cheese
    1/2 C. shredded cheddar

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    2. Spread broccoli in a 9-pie pan sprayed with Pam

    3. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended; pour over broccoli layer.

    4. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown.
