    Pickled Eggs and Beets

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can beets
    • 1/2 dozen hard boiled eggs
    • 1/2 C. vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp. sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt


    Instructions


    1. Drain beets into a large jar (a mayonnaise jar is good)
    2. To this add vinegar, sugar, and salt.
    3. Stir till dissolved.
    4. Add beets (either cut up or whole) and hard boiled eggs.
    5. Note: More hard boiled eggs may be added whenever necessary. Juice keeps well in the refrigerator.
