    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, divided
    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1/3 C. dry bread crumbs
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1/4 C. finely chopped onion
    • 1 1/2 C. mushrooms


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, mix thoroughly 1/4 Cup of the soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion. Shape firmly into 1 inch balls
    2. Cook meatballs in hot oil in a skillet until brown. Remove from skillet, spoon off fat.
    3. Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms. Return meatballs to skillet.
    4. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
