    Great served over rice with fried chicken.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp. drippings, butter or margarine
    • 4 Tbsp. flour
    • 2 C. chicken broth
    • 1 4oz. can sliced mushrooms
    • 1 Tbsp. parsely
    • Salt & pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Heat drippings or butter in a small saucepan.
    2. Add flour and cook over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown.
    3. Add broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook, stirring until thickened.
    4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    5. Serve over hot, fluffy rice.
    6. Makes 2 Cups.
