Recipe Introduction
Great served over rice with fried chicken.
List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. drippings, butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 C. chicken broth
- 1 4oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. parsely
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat drippings or butter in a small saucepan.
- Add flour and cook over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown.
- Add broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve over hot, fluffy rice.
- Makes 2 Cups.
