My family loves chocolate mayonaise cake. This recipe had them eating vegetables and they didn't even know it.





List of Ingredients



• 2 C. granulated sugar
  
• 1 C. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
  
• 2 C. shredded zucchini
  
• 2 tsp. vanilla
  
• 2 1/2 C. flour
  
• 1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
  
• 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1/3 C. milk
  
• GLAZE:
  
• 2 C. powdered sugar
  
• 3 T. milk
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Beat sugar and Miracle Whip until smooth. Blend in zucchini and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
   
2. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 deg. for 55 min.
   
3. Cool for 10 min. before removing from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
   
4. Drizzle glaze over top.

If you are watching your cholesterol you can substitute Miracle Whip Light but NOT Fat-Free. I called the company and it is not recommended.
