    1 beaten egg
    2 cups bread crumbs
    1/4 cup red wine
    1/4 cup water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp lemon pepper
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    9-inch frozen pastry shell
    3 oz. can deviled ham
    3 oz. can mushrooms

    Recipe



    Combine egg, crumbs, wine, water, salt, tarragon and lemon pepper. Add beef. Press into pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Slightly thaw pie crust. Drain and invert meat onto pan. Set oven 450 degrees. Spread meat with ham. Top with mushrooms. Invert pie shell over meat, pressing edges to seal in meat. Cut slits in top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with Hollandaise sauce.
