    1 large egg
    1 tbs. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
    1 cup vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Combine the egg, mustard, salt and lemon juice in a blender about 15 second. With motor running, put oil through the feed tube. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
