Creamy Blender Hollandaise Sauce

3 egg yolks
3 oz. cream cheese
dash cayeene
1/2 cup butter
1 tbs. lemon juice
halved lemon slice
fresh dill sprig
Recipe
Place yolks, softened cream cheese, and cayeene in blender. Cover and blend low until cheese is amost smooth. In small saucepan, heat butter and juice almost to boiling. Turn blender on high. Slowly pour in butter, blending until mixture is thick and fluffy. Pour into saucepan or top of double boiler. Heat over warm water. Garnish with lemon and dill.
