    Easy Chicken and Dumplings

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 8-10 chicken tenders)
    • 1 c. chopped onion (optional)
    • 1 c. chopped celery (optional)
    • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (or 1 can family size)
    • 2 tbsp. margarine/butter
    • 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits


    Instructions


    1. Place chicken on bottom of crockpot (if using chicken breasts, then you may want to cut into smaller pieces).
    2. Add onion, celery, soup, and margarine, and then add enough water to cover mixture.
    3. Cook on high for 6 hours.
    4. Tear biscuits into quarters and add to mixture. Cook another 30 minutes.
