1/4 cup maraschino cherries, minced
1 teaspoon sugar, or splenda

Mix well and serve.

Note: also good on fresh bread, pancakes, french toast, bagel or on top of cake.

Can also use mashed bananas, mashed strwberries, pears, kiwi or any sweet fruit
