    Beef Burritos

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs round steak, trimmed and cut ito 1-inch cubes
    2 onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 can (15-oz) enchilada sauce
    1 can (14 1/2-oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can (4-oz) chopped green chilies
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 cup cold water
    8 fat-free flour tortillas

    Recipe

    In a large skillet coat with nonstick cooking spray, brown meat over medium heat; drain. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add enchilada sauce, tomatoes, chilies and pepper; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Combine flour and water; add beef mixture, srirring constantly. bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thicken.

    Warm tortillas; spoon 1/2 cup filling off center on each one. Fold sides and bottom fo tortilla over filling, then roll up. Sppon additional filling over top of burritos.
    Serve immediately,
    Garbish if desired
