    List of Ingredients




    8 oz lean sirloin beef
    1 medium onion(s)
    2 medium shallot(s)
    2 clove garlic clove(s)
    8 oz mushroom(s)
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup red wine
    1 cup fat-free sour cream

    Recipe



    Mince the garlic and shallots. Slice the mushrooms and chop the onion. Trim the beef of any fat and slice very thinly. I put it in the freezer and let it get semi-frozen and then use a sharp knife to slice it. In a large nonstick skillet, over medium high heat, heat the oil and saute the garlic and shallots about 30 to 60 seconds until softened. Add the onions, mushrooms and beef and saute until the beef is no longer pink and the vegetables are softened and most of the liquid that the onions and mushrooms have created is evaporated. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Then add the wine and cook about 2 minutes until liquid reduced by half. Remove from the heat and stir in the fat free sour cream. I serve this over noodles
