    Herbed Pepper Steaks

    List of Ingredients

    2 (1-pound) lean flank steaks
    2 tablespoons coarsely ground pepper
    2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    Cooking spray

    Recipe

    Trim fat from steaks. Combine pepper, Italian seasoning, mustard, and garlic powder; rub
    evenly over both sides of steaks.

    Prepare grill. Place steaks on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 7 minutes on each
    side or until desired degree of doneness. Cut diagonally across grain into thin slices.
