    List of Ingredients




    20 oz 95% lean ground beef
    10 slices Wonder Light White Bread or Sara Lee light bread
    8 oz canned tomato sauce (reserve 4 tbsp-1/4 cup)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp mustard
    1/8 tsp brown sugar
    add your personal spices of your liking

    Dice onion and cook in cooking spray until soft. Add in bread, breaking into crumb like pieces. Add in beef, tomato sauceegg, worcestershire sauce, mustard and sugar. Mix well. Divide into cupcake tins, spread reserve tomato sauce over top of each loaf. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 mintues or until cooked thoroughly
