    List of Ingredients




    2 lb. stewing meat, cut into pieces
    1 lb. carrots, cut
    4 stalks celery, cut into 2” pieces
    2 onions, cut into pieces
    6 medium potatoes, cut in 1/4th’s
    2 cans 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt, pepper & garlic salt to taste

    Put meat directly into Dutch oven, do not brown. Add all ingredients and mix. Bake in covered Dutch oven or casserole dish covered with foil for 5 hours @ 250.
