Southwestern Steak Fajitas

List of Ingredients

8 oz beef sirloin, well-trimmed, cut into thin strips
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon ground cumin
4 small flour tortillas


Recipe

Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; heat, Add beef; cook stirring, until browned, tranfer to plate, set aside.

Add onion and pepper stirps to same skillet, cook, stirring, until softended, 2-3 minutes. Add beef and cumin; cook ctirring, until beef is cooked through, 1-2 mintues.

Microwave tortillas just until warmed, 15-20 seconds; set on plate and top with beef mixture.

Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and light sour cream. (2 tablespoons sour cream is 1 point).
