    List of Ingredients




    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 cup orange juice
    Grated peel of 1 orange
    2 tablespoon margarine, melted
    2 tablespoons hot water
    1 cup fresh cranberries
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar; set aside. In large bowl, mix egg, orange juice, pell, margarine and hot water. Fold in dry ingredients just until blended (do not beat). Gently fold in cranberries and walnuts.
    Spoon into a 9x15x3-in loaf pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until bread test done. Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
