Beef Burrito Casserole

List of Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 doz. flour tortillas (burrito size)
Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Chopped olives (optional)


Recipe

Cook hamburger and onion in large frying pan. Drain. Add beans, chilies and 1/4 can of enchilada sauce. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Make burritos with meat mixture, cheese, sour cream and olives. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Top with remaining cheese and enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
