Crusty Beef Casserole

List of Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1-1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 (48oz) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 lb fine noodles
10oz. nonfat or low-fat cheddar cheese
seasoned salt


Recipe

Brown the meat and drain off any fat. Add the onions and continue cooking until the onions are transparent. Add the sauce and heat through. Arrange casserole, (9x13) baking dish. put a little sauce mixture on the bottom, top with 1/2 the noodles, half the sauce,
half the cheese and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Finish with the rest. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
