    Harvest Beef Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup onions chopped
    1 cab (28-oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups sliced peeled potatoes
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1 package (10-oz) frozen corn,thawed
    1 package (10-oz) frozen lima beans, thawed
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 1/2 cup (6-oz) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

    Recipe

    In Skillet, brown beef; drain. Add onion, tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon into 3-qt casserole coated with nonstick cooking spray. Layer with potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper. Cover and bake at 275 for 1-1/4 hours. Sprinkle with cheese: cover and let stand until melted.
