    Mexican Pasta Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef, 95% lean
    3/4 cup onion -- diced
    1/3 cup green bell pepper -- diced
    1/3 cup red bell pepper -- diced
    1 pound pasta -- corkscrew
    29 ounces canned tomatoes -- diced
    4 1/2 ounces green chiles -- diced
    1 cup taco sauce
    1 cup romaine lettuce -- shredded
    1 cup tomatoes -- chopped
    1 cup cheddar cheese, lowfat

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375

    Brown ground beef with onion & peppers
    Boil pasta as directed on pkg. Mix pasta, beef mixture, tomatoes, chiles, & taco sauce in a 13x9x2 glass pan.

    Bake for 25 minutes until heated throughout.

    Top with lettuce, tomatoes & cheese
